Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

Please send us your order number and clear photos of the product so we can review the issue and assist you with the appropriate solution.

Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Customized Products

Customized or personalized products are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the files have been delivered or downloaded.
