Tomorrow Art Gallery offers digital artwork and selected physical products.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

Physical products are currently available for delivery within Egypt unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit products or services at any time.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to display product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printing method, or materials used.

For digital artwork, the appearance of the final printed artwork may also vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, and print settings used.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are supplied as downloadable digital files.

No physical product, frame, or printed artwork will be shipped when purchasing a product clearly marked as a digital download.

Digital files are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise expressly stated.

You may print the artwork for your own personal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial purposes, or otherwise commercially exploit the digital files.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products may include items such as framed artwork and laptop sleeves.

Product materials, dimensions, available options, and other specifications are described on the relevant product page.

Some physical products may be produced or prepared specifically after an order is placed.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, delivery address, and any required product selections.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable products, suspected fraud, or incorrect or incomplete order information.

Physical products are currently delivered within Egypt unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–9 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Digital products are not physically shipped and are delivered electronically.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, digital purchases generally cannot be returned or exchanged after the files have been delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

For physical products, please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

All artwork, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, branding, website content, and other original materials displayed or sold by Tomorrow Art Gallery are protected intellectual property.

Digital artwork purchased from Tomorrow Art Gallery is licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may print purchased digital artwork for your own personal use.

You may not sell printed or digital copies, use the artwork on products for resale, distribute the original files, or make the files available to others.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party providers for services such as payment processing, delivery, analytics, and other store functions.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

Tomorrow Art Gallery is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
